Water Treatment & Filtration

Fit-for-purpose treatment systems designed around source quality, final use, daily demand, operating conditions and available space.

The project challenge

Source water, process water, sewage and effluent vary from site to site. Choosing equipment only by nominal flow can create poor water quality, high operating cost and systems that operators cannot maintain.

What this solution covers

From assessment to a system people can operate.

  1. 01Industrial and institutional water treatment plant design and implementation
  2. 02Industrial RO plant design and water purification
  3. 03Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) design and implementation
  4. 04Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) design and implementation
  5. 05Water filtration, ultrafiltration and pre-treatment
  6. 06Water reuse planning, commissioning and support

What the programme can support

01

Fit-for-purpose treated water

02

Lower freshwater demand and discharge pressure

03

Documented operation and handover

Where it works

Factories, industrial utilities, schools, hospitals, police stations, government blocks and gram panchayats.

01Assess

Understand site, source, demand and constraints.

02Engineer

Design the complete system and implementation scope.

03Deliver

Install, test, commission and document.

04Support

Maintain performance through monitoring and service.

Frequently asked

Questions from project teams.

How is a treatment system selected?+

SWR starts with source and treated-water analysis, daily and peak demand, intended use, discharge requirements, available space and operating capacity.

What water treatment plants can SWR plan?+

Depending on the source, quality requirements and intended use, the scope can include water treatment plants, filtration, industrial RO, sewage treatment (STP) and effluent treatment (ETP).

Can treated wastewater be reused?+

Reuse may be suitable when the treatment process meets the quality needed for a defined application and the site has the right storage, distribution, safeguards and operating controls.

Can SWR combine RO, STP and ETP scopes?+

Yes. Where a site needs multiple treatment trains, the scope can connect source treatment, sewage, effluent, recycling, storage and monitoring.

Does SWR support systems after installation?+

Yes. Commissioning, operator handover, performance checks, maintenance planning and improvement support can be included in the project scope.
